Our Story
Bayside Locals Who Only Do Hot Water
Our base is 4 Edgar Ct in Alexandra Hills, which puts Capalaba, Cleveland and Thornlands a short drive away. Plenty of homes around here went up in the 1970s and 80s, and a lot of them still have an ageing electric cylinder bolted to an outside wall. Keeping those running — or swapping them out cleanly when their time is up — is a big part of our week.
Closer to the water in Ormiston, Wellington Point and Victoria Point, salty air chews through fittings and relief valves, so we check anodes and pick corrosion-friendly gear. Out in the newer estates it’s more often gas continuous flow or a heat pump paired with rooftop solar. New units we supply are Thermann, Vulcan and Rheem; for repairs, the brand on the cylinder doesn’t matter.
